G103
Pengin

Normal Distributions is proud to announce the forthcoming release of G103, a joint production with UK-based Pengin. G103 is a short film that shows a surreal "day in the life" of a mathematics undergraduate at the University of Warwick.

Pengin approached Normal Distributions at a critical point during the making of G103. Initially, Pengin simply sought a company that could provide wide support to the distribution of G103 to the largest possible audience. However, the convergence of the aims of the two companies caused the union of their production roles, and G103 became a direct product of Pengin and Normal Distributions.

"Although there's a great deal of variance throughout the industry, really, Normal was the only choice for us," says Pengin CEO "Tux" King. "The values of the other distribution companies were skewed to the extent that we didn't think that they could provide a faithful representation of our interests, and the G103 film itself."

"From the first meetings, we were impressed with the real variety of solutions they provided. However, the defining characteristic of Normal Distributions was, and continues to be, their singular values."

Normal Distributions' Press Officer, Jordan Bloch, explains more:

"Generally, we examine the whole spectrum of solutions to a given problem. Our principal ideal is that there always exists a unique solution that best meets our clients' needs."

"We don't over-engineer our solutions. We don't believe in complex solutions that exceed the norms of conventional film budgets. Our products are complete and compact, and connected to the other solutions and services that we provide."

"Discontinuities are dense across an industry often suffering from lack of product integration. Normal Distributions delivers on its promises and fully supports all common functions required by clients. Our clients value the range of services within our domain and we recently introduced a new transformation service along the lines already used by clients such as Fourier and Affine."

"As shown by the success of Maths Club, the complete market for this film already exists, so it's not a 'sell problem' --- it's a transport problem."

"Although we were initially contracted solely as distribution agents, as a function of time, we shifted more and more into the production component, and an integral part of that process was the confidence generated by continuously exceeding our clients' expectations."

Post-production on G103 is scheduled for completion by the end of June 2006.

(Due to legal issues, distribution of G103 in France will be undertaken by Poisson Distributions, 1 La Place, Champs-Elysées, Paris, France.)
